Santa Monica Custom Built Home
This contemporary residence has been curated by large volumes strategically offset to create entry points, outdoor terraces, and shading throughout the day. The main living space is anchored by a 22’ wide sliding glass, La Cantina Pocket Door placed in a customized concrete, hidden door. When closed, the space is flooded with an ever-changing light maintaining a strong connection to the exterior terrace and providing silence from the outside world. When fully open, the line between indoors and outdoors is not only blurred, it’s erased completely. We chose a polished concrete floor that runs continuously from the kitchen through the backyard. This home was designed for a family who wanted to keep their home elevated. Keeping this in mind, we created hidden storage throughout and a flow that not only makes their life easier to maintain but provides a home that is beautiful, modern, and luxurious.
Del Rey Home Renovation
Originally a 1940s California-style home was renovated in order to transform the unique bones from the original layout into a new modern, luxurious oasis for the owner. We built vaulted ceilings and oversized windows as well as a large chef's kitchen, creating a welcoming and effortless living space.

Cody Road Custom Built Home
This client was looking to transform their hilltop home into a true entertainer’s dream. Elegantly crafted details that are both clean and sophisticated provide an element of luxury to this impressively open floor plan. The space is highlighted by full-sized Fleetwood doors allowing a seamless flow from the indoor spaces to the outdoor terrace and pool. A 10-foot-long integrated kitchen dining table is set off of the main island providing use for both intimacy and entertaining. We built a new master suite, 11-foot vaulted ceilings, a luxury en-suite bathroom, and a 44’ steel beam that creates an open cantilevered corner with sliding Fleetwood doors that create a flow of the master bedroom. Opening up onto a partially covered private mahogany deck with a custom-built infinity edge spa where they can enjoy beautiful sunset views.

Incorporating warm woods and modern black metals with white, clean surfaces, we built a home that encompasses what modern is meant to look like.
